Deepshine 20 Volume Developer

Rusk® Deepshine® Marine Therapy Shine Enhancing Cream Developer is a developer and a balancing lotion, designed to be used with all Rusk hair color and lightening products for reliable, consistent results.

What makes it special?

• Compatible with any brand of hair color and all additives
• Extends the life of hair color, decreases fading

• 20 volume to lift natural level up to 2 levels
• Use the balancing lotion to refresh color balance tone from roots to ends, and for demi-permanent results.

Mixing ratio for a standard Deepshine color formulation is 1-part color to 1½ parts developer or balancing lotion.

Additional mixing and timing guidelines apply for super lightener, demi-permanent and toning formulations as well as gray coverage on resistant hair.
